We currently ship to the United States and Canada.
Shipping Costs
Order Value Orders over $50: FREE Orders under $50: $See checkout for prices. Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout when your order total reaches $50 or more.
Delivery Timeframes
Once your order is placed and confirmed, please allow the following:
Processing time: 1–3 business days
Delivery time: 7–15 business days
Estimated total time from order to delivery: 8–18 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, customs clearance, and carrier conditions. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take slightly longer.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. You can use this to monitor your shipment at any time.
Tracking updates may take 3–5 business days to reflect movement after your order ships.
Customs & Duties (Canada)
For orders shipping to Canada, customs fees, duties, or import taxes may be applied by your local customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not collected or controlled by The Looksmax Store.
Delays & Lost Packages
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to factors outside our control. If your order has not arrived within 25 business days of your order date, please contact us and we will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
Multiple Items in One Order
If you order multiple products, they may arrive in separate packages and at slightly different times. This is normal — don't worry if one item arrives before another. (This is a critical line for dropshipping — it covers you when different suppliers ship separately without raising any questions.)
